Exchange Policy:

Process for Exchange:
Online Purchases:
Initiate an Exchange: Contact our support team at support@thechambal.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
Shipping the Item Back: Ship the item back to us in its original condition, with tags and packaging. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange Process: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange and send out the new item.
Conditions for Exchange:
- Sale or Promotional Items: Items purchased during sale events or with promotional discounts are not eligible for exchange.
- Availability: Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested item. If the item is not available, a store credit may be issued.
